The Backyard Basics: Fitness Bootcamp is primarily a strength training program. Strength Training is an important and very necessary component of physical fitness. It is the foundation for burning fat. This style of training has many benefits. It is inexpensive, fun, and highly effective. Our physical fitness model includes the following components:
Cardiovascular Endurance
Muscular Endurance
Muscular Strength
Flexibility
Body Composition
Absence of Injury
The Backyard Basics: Fitness Bootcamp will focus its training to incorporate 5 of these components; muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, and the absence of injury.
Classes sizes and cost: o 3-4 people - $20 per session o 5-8 people - $18 per session o And 8+ people - $15 per session
Coordinators of classes will receive a $20 credit toward other products and services offered by Human Fitness & Performance. Classes are conducted in your backyard or a park.
